It was intended to be 365 days, though it took a tad longer. In fact, a little longer than we expected, having crossed four years since we began our yearning to blast off into matrimony! So, probably, this should have been a countdown to a 1000 days, but then, we have now reached the last month. Phew!
Readers may have seen the anguish, the pain, the pleasure, the pure exhileration, and ofcourse, tears and smiles spread across the several pages of this blog. Now's the time for celebrations. The wedding's on the 29th, and preparations are underway to make this most memorable!
There were times when we thought it would be a breeze! At other times, we thought it's impossible! At all times, we just had one possession - HOPE! Lots of it, to see our dream come true!
Our home is ready, the wedding venue is ready, the cards have been sent out, family & friends have been invited, menu's prepared, clothes bought...just that day remains a few hundred hours away!
Herein is an unfolding tale of a young woman ‘K’ and a not-so-young man ‘M’ who are falling in love with each other. They know the past, they are living the present, but they don’t know what’s in store for them in the future. They’ve given each other a period of 1 year to overcome the odds, not just external…but also come to terms with their own internal contradictions, and tie the knot if the love is strong enough. The 365-day countdown has begun... K & M

Dear K & M,
Congratulations! So finally... and believe it or not, I have been following your story periodically since 3 long years! You guys beat all the K serials, promised it to be a 1 year story and carried it on for 4 years! Anyhow, I am happy for both of you. May you have a beautiful married life, may all your dreams come true, and may you have lots of naughty and healthy small k's and m's. :)
Pardon me the impertinence of leaving a comment on your sacred blog. Deleting this comment will be the only justice to this blog. Its pure love of you two, nothing else should have a place in it.
My hearty wishes to both of you. And don't forget to invite me to the wedding, I might drop by. :)
Best Wishes.
PS- Sorry K. I was wrong about you. YOU TRUST RIGHT PEOPLE. I take back my earlier words :)
